The Pure Living Bakery story:

The basic idea of Pure Living came to me over the last ten years. I wanted to combine the concept of a cozy coffee house with a shop and introduce it to Vienna. Mainly inspired by lots of trips to the United States I opened the Pure Living Bakery in May 2007. Starting out with only four seats, we moved on to 12 and then to 16 and only this spring have opened our new cottage garden.

The idea of creating a relaxed atmosphere with lots of comfortable and colorful seating has been very successful. It was very important to me to have a menu that differed essentially from all the other cafés in Vienna, that’s why  we don’t serve Sachertorte.
